Our products are made using quality materials such as pure leather, faux leather, canvas, acrylic and other suitable materials depending on the product design.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only where an item is damaged, defective or not as ordered. The item must be unused and the issue should be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.
Customized, branded or engraved items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the error was made by Nia Threads. Please confirm all details carefully before production begins.
Orders are processed after payment confirmation. For bulk, branded or customized orders, a deposit may be required before production begins, with the balance payable before delivery or collection.
Orders can only be cancelled before production, branding, engraving or dispatch has started. Once a custom order has entered production, cancellation may not be possible.
